Formerly of Wollstonecraft and
Cremorne Point. Beloved husband of Elsa (deceased) and
of Tonia. Loved father of Erica and David, grandfather to
Jacqueline, Jessica, Olivia and Bryce and loved brother of
Harry and Jim (deceased). Sadly missed by Norma, Lee and
Stephen.

Deep gratitude to all the caring
staff at Avalon House, where Jack spent the last three months
of his 85 years.

Funeral service to be held in the Magnolia Chapel of Macquarie
Park Crematorium, Plassey Road, North Ryde, Monday
(December 21, 2009) commencing at 11 a.M. Jack's
family and friends are warmly invited to stay afterwards for a
gathering at the Terrace Room, a short walk from the chapel.
